There are many different and important aspects to being able to get pregnant, have a great pregnancy, and have a happy, healthy, Mother and baby at the end of the pregnancy.

Being able to get pregnant in the first instance can be a problem - Acupuncture can be of great assistance in treating obstacles to conception such as problems with sperm motility or quality,  unexplained infertility, irregular cycles, and missing periods.

Pre-conception care can make a real difference - a healthy, easy, menstrual cycle is a good place to start. Teaching a woman how to monitor her own cycle, using Body Basal Temperature checking and recording, watching for fertile mucous mid cycle, checking to ensure her body is warm in the area of her womb and Kidneys, is so important, it gives the practitioner vital clinical information and also gives patients a direct sense of involvement which can be missing from western medical procedures.

It is also so important to ensure that men are healthy in all respects as well - poor sperm production and motility need help too, and acupuncture is clinically proven to make a real difference to these problems.

A wonderful pregnancy is what all mothers to be dream of, acupuncture can be of huge assistance in alleviating symptoms such as morning sickness and fatigue, and is proven to turn a high percentage of babies in utero into the correct position for labour.
